DONAMATRIX-ON-DEMAND (DOD) Subscription UPDATES & CHANGES

• Effective immediately, DOD will transition from Vimeo Platform to MindBody Platform.
• DOD Transition from Vimeo to MindBody will be complete on December 31, 2020.
• Mindbody DOD Subscription will be fully implemented on January 1, 2021. Vimeo DOD Subscription will no longer be accessible.
• Active Vimeo DOD Subscriptions will be honored until December 31, 2020.
• Effective immediately, existing DOD Subscribers are encouraged to cancel Vimeo DOD Subscription and purchase to MindBody DOD Subscription.
• Effective immediately, MindBody DOD Subscription monthly recurring cost will slighltly increase.

• On-line/Web-based service
• Pre-recorded workout videos uploaded  
• Complimentary unlimited workouts at DMT STUDIO  (select workouts if/when offered)
• Complimentary access to  Live Stream, POP UPs & VIP Events (select  dates if/when offered)
• DOD SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT A GYM MEMBERSHIP

DOD SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

• Monthly recurring (autopay) 
• No refunds or no account credit will be issued as DOD Subscription is self-managed.  No Exceptions.
• No binding contract. Cancel anytime.
• To schedule complimentary workouts, DOD Subscription must be active 
• A single DONAMATRIX WORKOUT L!VE is $25 without DOD Subscription
• Complimentary workouts at DMT STUDIO may not be offered on a regular basis. Keep in mind, the DOD Subscription is an on-line/web-based service

STEPS TO CANCEL DOD SUBSCRIPTION (cancellations can only be done from desktop view of MindBody):

• Log-in to MindBody account (same log-in information used for DMT APP)
• Click "Account"
• Under "Account Details" scroll to the bottom of page to "Auto Pay"
• Click "Terminate" for the upcoming month
